What should I do about my situation?

I have been unemployed for a year. I need to keep some money coming in...My unemployment is due to end in the coming months. I have filed for SSDI (Disability). I have also been working with Vocational Rehabilitation to get a job, but my health seriously limits my ability to work as the Disability application mentions. I can't mention the disabilities to the employers because they will NOT hire me because of the health issues. What should I do?
