How do you work the AMC Theaters New Associate Wizard?

I received my email confirming I was hired and that all I had to do was do some paper work via the New Associate Wizard via XPressHR Onboarding. I went to the page and put in a password and hit the button at the very bottom right corner. The page loaded and then just said 'Activity not found'. I've tried it on two computers with all the browsers and it still isn't working. I called my Hr person (who's name was listed in the email), but she wasn't in and she hasn't replied to my email. It's frustrating, because she asked me to have this done before our meeting--tomorrow! I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong, but if anyone who's had to do this...or is privy to how to make this thing work, I'd be so happy.
