Stop dog from going in kennel?

I take my dog out all the time to use the bathroom...she goes outside for the most part but when I put here in her kennel right after being outside...I only do this when I have to leave for an hr or two but anyways she pees and sh*ts in her kennel I like to think she knows better but im not to sure anymore.....how do I break her of doing this
