Keeping my dog outside now?

We have 6 dogs. We have a lab mix who had not been outside and we put outside full time at 3 years old without doing it slowly. She barked a lot, but after a month of shock collar on low and she was fine. If he barks a lot keep him in the house until you can get a shock collar, but I would only increase how long he is out there by a half hour a night.
