Sounds like dried blood from the files biting the ears of the dog...First off wash his ears get all that dried blood off. Then get some flies off and spray his ears.

Why dont i ever succeed in finding work?

I have been looking for work for the past year in a HALF and I have had about nine interviews but no luck. I know i meet their requirements and I have a great positive attitude but no luck why cant i find work or why don't they want to hire me?
