I don't know how to answer these interview questions?

Number one thing is to be honest. If they see you are really honest about your weakness they see that almost as a strength. Also be honest about why they should hire you but try to say something that makes you stand out from all the others applying for this job. Put it into a strong sentance in your head so you're not scrambling trying to figure it out. Good luck!!
