So I kind of want to work at a dental center randomly?

Working as a secretary or receptionist with no dental experience would be fine. If there is anything dental you need to know (e.g. the tooth numbers, what certain procedures are, etc) you can learn that on the job. However, being a dental assistant required training and I don't think it's something you can learn entirely on the job.
