How do I make my Dog not miss me When Im gone?

Since he is in a kennel at night and does ok, you should consider putting him in the kennel when you leave and then tell who ever is home to let her out in about an hour, this way the dog will know that whoever let her out is ok, and might accept them while you are gone, I would try crating her during the day for about an hour so that she know it is ok to be in it while you are not there, Once she gets used to that she will be ok when you leave.
