My 3 month old puppy went to the vets today and got a shot of an anti-inflamatory for a sore throat?

now she's shaking and really warm and breathing kind of fast. she went to the vet for kennel crate but the vet is stupid and only said she had a sore throat. but she gave her antibiotics for the throat anyway so i can still treat her for k cough. is what my pupping doing, meaning the breathing and shaking, normal? i'm worried for her. she ate a whole bowl of food so she's eating. i'm clueless
