Do you think being attractive would help you get a job/be successful at a job interview?

If you are what most men would consider attractive ie big boobs, slim build, pretty and you had a job interview or something like that, and the interviewer is of opposite sex, do you think they would hire you because you are attractive or judge you fairly by your qualifications and experience?
