Is cornerstone kennels a puppy mill?

Does anyone know if CornerStone Kennels of Northern California a puppy mill? I was thinking of getting m pup from their, but i want to make sure it's not a puppy mill. They do ship, but since we live right buy them we would see them in real life. Also, if they ship puppies (were not getting our's shipped, but just wondering) does that mean they are a puppy mill or backyard breeder? Thanks in advance.
