Iraq: is it now generally agreed that the dossier was dodgy and that Blair and Cambell were liars ?

That fact has been patently obvious ever since before the invasion ever took place. Even Hans Blick, UN weapons inspector at the time said there was no need for an invasion because here were no weapons there. We knew Bush and Blair were liars.
