I am 17 years just finished highschool and would love to work at MAC Cosmetics.?

I'd always had an interested in studying cosmetology - esthetics! Yet I have no experience in make-up since i don't wear any -but i always have an urge to change my hairstyles play with it so on. I just doubt they might hire me for summer job espeacially with no experience in make up...but I did get my first summer job in a hair salon at the age of 13. I'd also look at working at MAC for some personal training experience. I tend to be very bubbly love to smile get tons of complients about that prominent feature and enjoy laughing and be friendly - that's about it ! So any advice? Answers?
