Big Bang Theory and Roseanne?

I LOVE The Big Bang Theory and Roseanne. I know a few cast members are shared between shows. Laurie Metcalf plays Sheldon's mom and Jackie, Sara Gilbert plays Darlene and Leonard's friend with benefits in the first season, and of course Johnny Galecki was David and plays Leonard. I noticed in Season 4: the episode where Sheldon goes out with Amy Farafowler, Bernadet, and Penny and ends up at Amy's apartment with her smoking monkey, a patchwork afghan on the back of Amy's couch. Is this the same prop that is the famous afghan on the back of the Conner's couch in Roseanne?
